๐ง Get in Touch
For questions about using our calculators, reporting bugs, or suggesting new features, please reach out via email:
Email: 18999737@qq.com
We aim to respond within 2โ3 business days. Please note that we cannot provide tax advice โ for that, consult a licensed CPA or tax professional.
๐ ๏ธ Report a Bug
If one of our calculators produces an unexpected result or encounters an error, please include:
- The calculator page URL
- The values you entered
- What result you expected vs. what you saw
- Your browser and device type
๐ก Suggest a Feature
We're always improving. If there's a tax calculation feature you'd like to see added, send us an email with your idea. Useful suggestions we've shipped include the S-Corp vs Sole Prop comparison and the multi-state quarterly estimator.
โฑ๏ธ What to Expect
Most messages get a reply within 2โ3 business days. Because we do not provide tax advice, we won't tell you a specific dollar figure to file โ but we will help you understand how a calculator reached its result, point you to the relevant IRS publication, or fix a bug.
๐ Your Privacy
When you email us, we only use your message to respond. We never ask for, and you should never send, your Social Security number, bank details, or completed tax returns. All calculator inputs stay in your own browser โ we never see them.
๐ Before You Email โ Self-Help Links
Many questions are answered in our documentation. You may find a faster answer here:
- Frequently Asked Questions โ SE tax, quarterly payments, QBI, S-Corp thresholds
- Editorial Standards & Methodology โ how we source and verify the numbers
- IRS Reference Sources & Citations โ the publications behind each calculator
- Base SE Tax Calculator โ start here if you're new to 1099 taxes
Related Help
If your question is about using a specific calculator, the fastest path is often the FAQ or the methodology page, which explain where each number comes from. For anything that affects a real filing, a short email with your inputs gets you the clearest answer.
What Happens After You Email
You'll get a human reply, not an auto-responder, within 2–3 business days. For calculator questions we'll usually ask you to re-send the exact inputs so we can reproduce the result; for bugs we'll log it and link the fix in a later reply. Feature suggestions go into our backlog and we credit good ideas when they ship.
We Never Ask For
- Your Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Bank, brokerage, or payment-account credentials.
- Completed or partially completed tax returns — describe the situation in words instead.
If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for those, it is not us — report it and delete the message.
Common Questions Before You Email
Can you give me a specific dollar figure to file?
No. We are a calculator tool, not a licensed tax preparer, so we cannot provide tax advice or tell you an exact amount to pay. What we can do is explain how a calculator reached a result, point you to the relevant IRS publication, or fix a bug.
How fast will I get a reply?
Most messages are answered within 2–3 business days. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps are usually the fastest to resolve.
What should I include in a bug report?
The page URL, the inputs you used, the expected vs. actual result, and your browser/device. Screenshots help but please never include your SSN, bank details, or tax returns.
Scope of Support
We maintain the calculators, the underlying rate tables, and the documentation. We do not store any calculator input — all math runs in your browser, so we only ever see what you choose to email us. For binding tax decisions, always confirm with a CPA or the relevant tax authority.
